"I did receive the racks, they were well packed and survived the rigors of UPS without a scratch.  I have had a chance to put only one rack together.  It took about 15 minutes or so.

The materials and workmanship are very good; everything fit together well and all the parts were there and worked properly. The stability of the rack is excellent, passing our California earthquake-shake-test easily.  While not as stable as a wall-mount rack, the advantage of portability and free-standing flexibility is obvious.
