How do I order your "2UP BIKE RACK?
It is very simple. First, e-mail us your COMPLETE mailing address, including your zip code. We will contact UPS (United Parcel Service) and confirm the cost of shipping. Once we have this, we will respond to your inquiry with the COMPLETE price INCLUDING shipping via United Parcel Services' (UPS) 4 to 5 business day service (6 to 7 days for the West Coast). We charge you our actual shipping cost.
Once payment is received, either certified check or money order (Paypal can be arranged) the package is shipped within 24 hours and an e-mail will be sent to you confirming shipment. We will also give you the UPS tracking number, so you can track it via the UPS website.

What are the racks dimensions?
The "2UP BIKE RACK" is 78 inches high. The base, is 24 inches wide and the depth is 14 inches. The rack was tested with a total of 100 Lbs. and did not tip over. This is one solid rack!

Is it easy to assemble?
The "2UP BIKE RACK" takes about 10 minutes to assemble. All you have to do is attach the holders and assemble the base. We also include an instruction sheet with a drawing and a description on how to assembly the rack. The instruction sheet was designed by carpenter Marty who designed the rack. All you need is a wrench and a screwdriver for assembly. We even include an allen key and all the necessary screws and bolts necessary.

How is the rack shipped?
We ship the "2UP BIKE RACK" via United Parcel Services' (UPS), 4 to 5 business day service (6 to 7 days for the West Coast), depending where we ship to. Generally, our cost for shipping is between 30$ and 40$ USD. We will inform you of the additional cost of shipping and handling once we have your order and ZIP CODE in hand.
